In 2010 St. Keverne Parish Church Council (PCC) began to formulate a The Five Year Plan which includes the development of the church facilities.

Members of the PCC and others have spent time praying, reflecting and sharing in a number of meetings, to seek what God is calling us to do in the next five year years, so we become the Parish he wants us to be in 2015.

We believe that there are eight areas He wants us to work on:

1. Prayer : to become more effective in our corporate prayer life
2. Mission and Outreach - having a plan on how to share our faith
3. Our pattern of services, so they are more inclusive and accessible
4. Improving our communication within and without the churches
5. Working with others to provide youth workers for the Lizard
6. Uniting the Parish - developing our working together
7. Completing all outstanding works on our church buildings
8. Developing an annual all-age summer worship event

Please pray that we get this right and it is God's will we seek to follow rather than some 'good ideas'.
